Registration fees and information

We offer full support for travel and local expenses for students and researchers from Ukraine.

Fees

The registration fees include full board accommodation from Sunday 12.01.2025 evening (dinner included) until Sunday 19.01.2025 morning (breakfast included). The room must be vacated on the morning of departure.

Registration closing date

The registration closes on 31 October 2024 midnight (Paris local time). Your registration (including the payment of the registration fees) has to be done before the closing time using the  "Registration" tab.

Registration requests validation and payment of registration fee

Registration requests have to be validated before participants can access the payment systemt for the registration fee. Requests will be validated at regular intervals until the registration deadline so that early registration requests are recommended. Participation is only confirmed after successful payment of the registration fee.

Changes to the INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR STAY transmitted during your registration

The information in the INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR STAY section of the registration form transmitted during your registration (such as arrival date, departure date, etc) can be changed until 30 November 2024 midnight (Paris local time) by login into your registration account. Please avoid making changes to your information after this date. If you nevertheless need to do so,  we ask you to inform us as soon as possible of any modifications you would like to make to your registration options, by sending us an e-mail to colloque-bachelier25@sciencesconf.org.

Maximum number of participants

The number of participants is limited to 80 people.

Exemption from registration fees

Only members of the organizing  and  the scientific committees and participants whose institution is a sponsor of the event are exempt from the registration fees.

Terms of cancellation

In case  of cancellation of your registration, reimbursement of registration fees will be possible upon written request made by e-mail to colloque-bachelier25@sciencesconf.org before October 31, 2024 (midnight, Paris local time). For cancellations after that date, reimbursement of registration fees is no longer possible.

Submissions of proposed talks

To submit a talk, you need to register for the colloquium. In the 'MY SPACE' section of your regsitration account, you can submit title and abstract of your proposed talk under the 'My submissions' tab.
